Supa Strikas star striker, Shakes, tells Supanews about how he develops his new moves after he and Coach combined to outclass their rivals Invincible United on Sunday.

Supanews: Hey, Shakes! How is everything after the Invincible United win?

Shakes: Hi! Everyone is happy about the win against our rivals. Everyone has the belief now that we can win the Super League.

Strikas supporters would really like to know where you came up with those moves that helped Strikas win the game on Sunday.

Hehe! That would be giving away a lot, my brother! What I can say is that I saw a weak spot in United … and I spoke with Coach about working on that. We managed to do that and win the game.

Ok Shakes, so how do you come up with your moves?

The secret is that you must be observant. I learned that you can find inspiration in the most unlikely places. This is how I came up with these moves for United… however this is also thanks to Coach for trusting me.

Some soccer players dream new moves. Do you also dream them sometimes?

No. Most of the moves come from Coach, others I invent and some I even got from my father in his soccer days as a Supa Strikas player.

What can you say to other players who have ideas or moves, but are afraid to speak or show them to their coaches?

It’s a team sport, football… and even a coach will need help sometimes. Just be brave enough to approach the coach and show him what you’ve got… who knows? Maybe that could be the plan that was needed to win the game.

Technicali are your next opponents in the Super League. So what kind of special moves are you preparing for them?

Well… that would be telling! I guess you’ll have to wait and see!
